Sealed bids will be received by the Indian River Mosquito Control District at the District’s offices located at 5655 41st St. (South Gifford Rd.), at 9:00 A.M., Tuesday, October 5, 2010, at which time they will be opened publicly and read, for purchase by the District of the following:
Fully Insured Plans for Group Health Insurance (under 50 lives)
Detailed bid conditions, proposal sheets, and all necessary information and instructions for submitting bid may be obtained in person from the office of the District’s Director between the hours of 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM, workdays, or by phone, fax, or email request to:
